Before any paperwork or design work begins, first send us a quick email with the details about your project using our Contact form. Once your information is received, we will be in touch with a date and time for your complimentary Brand Enhancement Consultation.
+ .02 Let’s Chat — Brand Enhancement Consultation
Now let’s have our complimentary Brand Enhancement Consultation. The purpose of the phone call is to dive a little deeper into understanding your project goals and to make sure we are the right team for you.
If we find that we are a great match, we will send a proposal complete with investment summary, installment plans, timeline and feedback on how we can help you achieve your project goals. Once you let us know that the proposal is approved, we will send a Client Agreement. You will need to sign and return it. We will then follow that up with an invoice sent to you via Invoiced (an online billing system). You can submit your payment by using the PayPal button. When the payment is successfully received, we will begin your project on our agreed upon date. (Deposit is always required before any work begins). Website design investment terms are submitted in 3 installments.
We book a limited number of: on-going Brand Enhancement clients, Logo and Brand Identity packages and Website Design packages to ensure each client project receives the attention it deserves.
+ .03 Inspiration and Development
We will have you start by completing a Creative Direction Questionnaire. No worries — it is simple, but, get’s you thinking about the audience you want to reach, your marketing goals and design ideas. How do you want your brand to look and feel? What are those “buzzwords” that you want to spark in your clients/customers?
The information provided will be the basis of how we proceed in the design stage. We will conduct research, create custom sketches and find those inspirational pieces that will help influence your brand image.
Please Note: If you are enrolled in the Brand Enhancement Program (Retainer Program), you will start by completing a Monthly Creative Focus Form. Here we will breakdown your project goals into weekly or monthly goals. Projects that exceed the program structure will be billed at an additional rate.
+ .04 Content Creation or Delivery
All content must be complete and finalized before we begin designing. If you need help with content creation, we can help (please be sure to inform us during your Brand Enhancement Consultation). This will allow our team to discuss how much production will go in to meeting your project goals. This will also help avoid any additional costs during design time.
+ .05 Design Time
Now we’re at the part that everyone loves.
Here we move on to the design concepts. Each concept will be different including unique fonts/typography/layout and styles. Concepts will be presented on a multi-page .pdf document. Primary logo designs include 3 concepts and 3 revisions. Secondary logo designs include 2 concepts and 1 revision. All brand identity pieces and marketing collateral include 2 concepts and 1 revision. Web design projects include 1 concept and 2 revision.
If revisions are needed, we will head back to the drawing board and send the changes back to you. Turn around time depends on the complexity of the revision. Simple changes can take a few hours, however, larger more complex changes may take 3-5 days.
+ .06 Brand Launch
We’ll make the final touches on designs and any additional brand collateral that you may have included in your project. After this, you will need to submit the remaining balance of your investment. Once successfully received, we will then send final files via Dropbox. Cheers! Congrats on your new branding!
